Making a mixture

Recipe 1: 
Boil 30 to 40 cl of water.
When boiling, add 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger, or 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger.
Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.
Cover and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
It is advisable to drink this herbal tea on an empty stomach, why not accompanied by a little honey to soften the drink.

Adding ginger and lemon to your tea
Prepare your cup of tea:

boil 25 cl of water
add 1 teaspoon of tea, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder or 1/2 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger, and leave to infuse for 5 min.
Filter, squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon and it’s ready!
Prepare a syrup of ginger, honey, and lemon
Really effective against cough, this syrup can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 or 4 months without any problem. The method :

Peel 5 cm of ginger root and cut it into thin slices.
Squeeze the juice of the 2 lemons into a glass jar, add the ginger slices, and cover with honey.
Leave to stand for a few days in the fridge and it’s ready!
In case of sore throat take a spoon 3 or 4 times a day, like any syrup.

Use them in cooking
To enjoy the benefits of these two ingredients, this is certainly not the most appropriate way, as I’m not sure you add ginger and lemon to every meal!
